Educational Technologies supports learning and meeting spaces across all campuses including: classrooms, conference rooms, auditoriums, and special events such as graduation commencement ceremonies.
All requests for services or equipment provided by Educational Technologies go through the ISP Help Desk. To submit your request, please use one of the following methods:

Our Team
ET Operations Team
The ET Operations Team installs, supports and maintains AV equipment and learning technology installed in classrooms, conference rooms and special event spaces. They also assist with event setup and support at all campuses.
Administrative Services
The Administrative Services Team oversees the Educational Technologies department and reviews, processes, and approves requests for the department.
ET Audio Visual Systems Design
The Audio Visual Systems Design Team designs and configures the AV solutions installed in classrooms, conference rooms, event spaces and offices.
Inventory Management
The Inventory Management Team receives, inventories and tracks Educational Technologies equipment and resources.
ET Audio Visual Events Production
The ET Audio Visual Events Production Team designs, constructs and supports events of all sizes from meetings and interviews to graduation commencement ceremonies.
Instructional Support
The Instructional Support Team covers the following areas of AV technology and support:
- Learning software including: LinkedIn Learning, Poll Everywhere, YuJa, Gimkit, and Padlet
- Classroom Technology training
- Assistive Technology Trainings & Support for students
- Research and testing of new AV technology solutions for learning environments
