Educational Technologies enhances learning environments at South Texas College by providing
exceptional instructional technology resources supported by knowledgeable staff.
Equipment Delivery and Checkouts
Educational Technologies provides additional equipment to supplement permanently installed presentation resources. Equipment such as document cameras, laptops, and webcams are available for checkout and delivery to classrooms or meeting spaces to enhance presentations.
Event Support
Educational Technologies supports events of all sizes from meetings and interviews to graduation commencement ceremonies.
System Design, Installation and Quotes
Educational Technologies Design and Installation teams provide consultation, quoting, and installation services for Audio Visual equipment.
Learning Software
Software such as Poll Everywhere, Padlet, YuJa, Gimkit and LinkedIn Learning are supported and managed by ET staff. Trainings on our software is offered monthly throughout the Spring and Fall semesters.

LinkedIn Learning is a leading online learning platform that helps anyone learn business, software, technology and creative skills to achieve personal and professional goals. Educational Technologies currently supports LinkedIn Learning access for all Faculty/Staff at South Texas College.
Proof of Concept Rooms
The Proof of Concept Rooms are spaces where Educational Technologies tests out new equipment and learning pedagogies. If you’re interested in trying out a Proof of Concept room consider requesting to have your class in one!
